About us

Meet the guide behind Yat S Yat

When you send a request, one person calls you back and takes you on the trip. Small groups, an easy pace and honest advice, in English, French or Arabic.

Yat s Yat means “one by one” in Amazigh: one guest, one stop, one step at a time.

    Do I pay online?

    No. There is no online payment. You pay in person at the meeting point, on the day of the trip.

    What happens after I send a request?

    We phone you on the number you gave to confirm the details. Your places are reserved once we confirm. Requests need to be sent at least 12 hours before the start time; for a later start, please contact us directly.

    What if you can't reach me by phone?

    We try more than once. Please give a number with the country code that you can answer, and keep your phone on. If we cannot reach you, we may release the request and you can send a new one.

    Can I cancel or change my booking?

    Yes. You can cancel free of charge until 24 hours before the start time: just call or message us. To change the date, time or number of people, contact us and we will check availability.

    How are children's prices calculated?

    Each trip page shows the adult price, the child price and the age limit for children. The total in the booking form updates as you choose the numbers.

    Is hotel pickup included?

    It depends on the trip. Each trip page lists what is included and not included, so check the Included section before you book, or ask us when we call.

    What should I bring?

    Comfortable shoes, sun protection, water and a charged phone for photos. Some trips need extra things (a scarf for the desert, for example): we tell you when we confirm.

    Which languages do you guide in?

    English, French, Tamazight, Arabic and Spanish. Tell us your preferred language in the message when you send your request.
